This plant is especially powerful in conditions where the person is sluggish, cold, and congested, as it opens up the airways and warms up the entire system. This plant is contraindicated for people with an already hot constitution, as it may overheat them because of its hot pungent taste.
Dosage:
Suggested Dose: Take 1-10 Drops on tongue and inhale deeply! Can be used frequently in small doses to alleviate congestion. Shake well before use.
